Estimated Salary: $90000 to $115000 anually based on qualifications and experience.

Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience education training location and responsibilities.

What youll do:

• Partner with department leaders to understand business goals and develop aligned HR strategies
• Provide guidance on organizational design workforce planning and talent development
• Lead initiatives that elevate employee experience and engagement
• Provide policy guidance and interpretation
• Manage and resolve employee relations issues
• Conduct effective thorough and objective investigations
• Work with managers on safety incident review and management
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to management of employees ensuring regulatory compliance
• Coach managers on performance management employee relations and team effectiveness
• Guide managers through performance conversations employee relations and change initiatives
• Guide managers on employee recognition career development disciplinary actions etc.
• Collaborate across HR functions and partner departments to deliver seamless support from employee onboarding to development to employee departures
• Use data to uncover trends solve problems and spark innovation
• Lead HR training needs for business units and individual development needs
• Perform other related duties as assigned

What were looking for:

• Bachelors degree in HR business or related field from an accredited college or university
• SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or PHR certified preferred
• 5 years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in an HRBP or generalist role
• Strong knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including but not limited to compensation practices employee relations performance management and federal and state respective employment laws
• Safety OSHA experience a plus
• Ability to comprehend interpret and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws guidelines regulations ordinances and policies
• Proven ability to build relationships and confidence in coaching leaders and influencing outcomes
• Excellent communication problem-solving and conflict management skills
• Excellent time management skills ability to meet deadlines and ability to work independently
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to make recommendations
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite hands-on experience with Workday or comparable HCM
