Work youll do

This role is with Deloitte Digital Southeast Asia. Across all clients and sectors we believe great customer experiences create greater impact. Elevating the human experience creates enduring valuefor the organization the customer society and all.

As part of Deloitte Digitals newest growth capability the Retail & Commerce Media Network (RMN/CMN) practice youll help clients unlock new high-margin revenue streams by monetizing their first-party data digital assets and physical environments through advanced media and measurement capabilities

Youll be responsible for designing implementing and scaling ad operations and measurement frameworks across omnichannel retail and commerce ecosystems from in-store digital screens to e-commerce and off-site media activations

Working with clients across retail telco travel and financial services youll ensure that every campaign is efficiently executed accurately measured and transparently reported driving clear business outcomes and advertiser ROI

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Operations & Yield Management

  • Set up traffic QA and optimize campaigns across onsite DOOH CTV and offsite channels
  • Define scalable workflows SLAs and governance models for campaign delivery
  • Use AI-enabled tools to automate tagging creative QA and anomaly detection
  • Support testing and rollout of new ad formats DCO pilots and predictive yield optimization


Measurement & Reporting

  • Define end-to-end measurement frameworks including ROAS iROAS sales lift redemption and loyalty impact
  • Integrate clean-room and first-party data to deliver closed-loop attribution dashboards
  • Standardize analytics and reporting templates to track RMN performance across clients
  • Translate performance metrics into actionable insights and optimization recommendations


Process & Capability Building

  • Develop playbooks for campaign lifecycle management and operational excellence
  • Train client and internal teams on ad operations analytics and compliance workflows
  • Partner with Solution Architects and Engagement Managers to operationalize RMN Build Run phases

Requirements:

  • 69 years experience in ad operations performance marketing or media analytics roles ideally within an agency publisher or adtech environment

  • Familiar with the adtech ecosystem with hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager The Trade Desk DV360 or similar ad platforms

  • Direct experience with Retail Media is strongly preferred

  • Strong understanding of ad trafficking yield management and campaign optimization workflows

  • Familiarity with data clean rooms (eg Google CMM AWS Clean Rooms Snowflake) and attribution models

  • Strong analytical capability with proficiency in GA4 Power BI or Looker

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders while maintaining accuracy and quality
