DescriptionThe Batch Utility Technician is responsible for disposal of various waste streams of the plant. Operator runs water based treatment system Solvent Still and handles hazardous waste generated by the site. The technician also assists with various other tasks in the facility as directed by manager.
Additional Information:
Night Shift: Rotating 12s 36/48 hour weeks 5:30pm - 6:00am
Night Shift Premium: Mon-Fri $0.40 Sat $0.90 Sun $1.15
This position is also eligible for bonus based on performance and subject to the terms of the Companys applicable plans.

Responsibilities- Advocate and practice the principals of the Safety program
- Operate paint facility water treatment system
- Operate manufacturing equipment such as pumps and valves
- Operate solvent still
- Operate forklifts
- Work with dry and liquid materials
- Manage and load hazardous waste generated by the plant.
- Maintain various other production related pieces of equipment in the plant.
- Participate in housekeeping activities that are indicative of a safe and clutter free work environment
QualificationsMinimum Requirements:
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
Preferred Qualifications:
- Have at least one (1) year experience working in a manufacturing and/or distribution facility
- Have at least one (1) year of work experience operating a Solvent Still
