Outpatient MAT Opioid Treatment Program (OTP)

Our team provides compassionate high-quality counseling therapy medication and guidance to patients seeking recovery from Opioid Use Disorder.

- Practice Setting/Type: Outpatient OTP
- Part-TimeSchedule:
- Monday - Thursday 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
- Can be flexible with days/hours

Responsibilities
- Makes a comprehensive physical assessment of patients consistent with training and education;
- Performs physical examinations on patients admitted for medication maintenance;
- Ensures physician medication orders are being followed. Refers patients to appropriate physicians and consults with the supervising physician;
- Evaluates patient care adjusting the plan of care based on outcomes diagnostic test results and patient feedback;
- Provides patient and staff education on medication maintenance;
- Ensures compliance with state and federal regulations CARF Standards and clinic policy and procedure;
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant from an accredited college or university
- Previous experience in behavioral health facility/clinic preferred
- Familiarity with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) including methadone buprenorphine and naltrexone
- No history of alcohol or drug misuse for a period of three years before employment
Licenses/Designations/Certifications:
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physicians Assistant (PA)
- Licensed to practice in the state of Washington
- DEA license.
