Revenue Cycle Support Specialist II Integrius LLC Evansville IN
We are looking for a Revenue Cycle Support Specialist II to join our team! This person will be responsible for performing essential revenue cycle support duties to ensure smooth financial operations across our organization including the billing and follow-up of healthcare claims. What will you be doing in this role
Posts patient and insurance payments from bi-weekly deposit batches.
Assists with patient payment reconciliation and application.
Collaborates with the Patient Account Representative on monthly collection spreadsheets.
Enters verified provider information into the EMR system.
Works assigned patient and insurance accounts per department standards.
Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support department operations.

Our ideal candidate would:
- Have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Have at least 1 year of related experience and/or training in medical insurance billing or customer service is preferred
- Display a high degree of professionalism in both written and verbal communication
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with a high level of accuracy in reviewing and posting financial data.
- Have the ability to work both independently and in a team environment without constant supervision
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
- Demonstrate strong detail orientation with the ability to adapt to change.
- Demonstrate strong follow-up and follow-through skills.
- Be able to maintain confidentiality.
- Have strong computer skills including proficiency with databases and with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook Word and Excel.
