Size and functions of local team:
- Sales Director in Munich
- 2 existing AEs (UK & Germany)but their background is more traditional than SaaS so now really looking at a SaaS background
- Supported by marketing and SDR team (Currently english SDR but hiring local french and german SDR)
- Enterprise sales only targeting global manufacturers
- Owns full sales cycle from prospecting to close (Theres a pipeline already but AE still needs to build pipeline)
- Multi-stakeholder multi-site global deals
- Must challenge customers and create urgency
- Methodologies: Challenger sales approach MEDDIC qualification
- Target personas in industrial/manufacturing sectors
- Focused on building a new business engine for 2026 GTM
- Persona: Chief supply chain officer COOs
- ACV: 300-500k figure
- Quota: 1-1.2M
- Deal cycle: Long
- Target customers: Global brands multi-stakeholder multi-site global deals (Example: Nestle Loréal Danone ARR: 35M
- Backed by 1.2B ARR IFS group with arms-length growth support
- 1M to 32M ARR growth in 2.5 years
- Global logos (Nestlé Mars Kimberly-Clark) and proven ROIs
- Shift to large strategic enterprise contracts from Day 1 (Moving from product led to sales led organizations a lot was inbound now going to outbound going into Europe with local presence from AE to SDR)
- Core part of new enterprise sales engine
- Significant opportunity to grow into strategic sales leader
- Exposure to IFS portfolio and future cross-industry sales
- Characteristics: bold confident ambitious driven get shit done hunter!!
- Someone who sold SaaS to industrial style companies (ideally manufacturing) or experience in selling complex SaaS solution
- 4-5 years closing experience and over achieving on 1M quota
- Strong manufacturing experience
- Experience at a well-known software company (e.g. SAP/Oracle) AND experience at a startup
- 5-10 years of experience
- Not too jump-y (longer stint at a company)
- Interest in international business (Not just german territory)
- Strong negociator
- 100K130K base OTE up to 260K (50%/50%)
- Start date:ASAP
- 30-minute screening with Max (TA)
- Psychometric test (PPA thomas international)
- 45-minute meeting w/Sales Director Mickey
- 30-minute call w/CRO Davena
- 2 IFS execs will look at CV & test and pass judgement
