Certification or Licensure: | Nebraska Teaching Certificate preferred |

REPORTS TO: | Title 1C Education Program Coordinator/Director |
REQUIRED RESPONSIBILITIES AND JOB TASKS: |
- Demonstrate knowledge of current Title 1C federal guidance Nebraska Title 1C program objectives and Nebraska Department of Education (NDE) content area standards.
- Create an implementation plan for providing supplemental instructional and support services to eligible students in the area(s) of school readiness reading/writing/ mathematics graduation and/or out of school youth.
- Knowledge of effective curriculum development instructional practices and assessments for student academic growth.
- Communicate coordinate and collaborate with local and state Title 1C staff school staff and community agencies to serve eligible students and families.
- Maintain documenting and recording accurate data and demographics on eligible students provision of services school contacts and community partners.
- Flexibility in scheduling to meet the needs of students families and program activities including arranging meetings appointments travel and event logistics.
- Promote and attend local state and national T1C sponsored events and trainings.
- Maintain confidentiality of all information concerning staff eligible students and families.
- Complete routine paperwork.
- Adhere to all ESU 7 policies procedures and supervisory directives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
