This is an exciting office-based position at our Minneapolis location. This position provides mental health services to children adolescents and adults (individual partner family and/or group therapy) in Minneapolis and the surrounding area. As a child/adolescent therapist you will provide therapy and skills to improve the lives of those we serve. You will provide services to individuals representing a broad range of mental health symptoms and associated functional impairments. You will complete diagnostic assessments to develop an appropriate treatment plan and provide clinical oversight of each treatment plan. You will maintain compliance with mental health clinic statutes including monthly clinical supervision staff meetings and medical consultation and will be required to maintain documentation perform record keeping and participate in periodic meetings and training.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Masters degree and LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker) LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) Licensed Psychologist (LP) or LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor) required. Licensure must be active and in good standing with respective Licensing Board.
- Must adhere to licensure ethics and regulations.
- In-service training/education is required to maintain licensure.
- Experience and knowledge of the most current Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) categories representing the range of mental health disorders.
- Working knowledge and experience in providing therapeutic interventions and therapy approach considered as the best practice of treating the presenting concern including trauma-informed therapies.
- A valid drivers license and a Motor Vehicle Check.
- Successfully complete the requirements of a background check including MS 604.20.
- Able to assess and treat the mental health of clients.
- Must have the following skills: organizational decision making critical thinking analytical coaching leadership conflict resolution interpersonal effectiveness accountability and the ability to demonstrate professional boundaries.
