Salary and Benefits

Annual compensation range: $234635.20 to $267624.00
$5000 annual company credit card for licensing DEA CE and equipment
Access bonus of $12400/year (paid biweekly) for meeting 9-patient per clinic target
Additional bonus potential up to $44000/year for higher patient volumes
Sign-on/Retention (if partnership eligible): $50000 sign-on $25000 in year 2 $25000 in year 3
Sign-on/Retention (if not partnership eligible): $25000 sign-on $12500 in year 2 $12500 in year 3
$10000 relocation reimbursement
Additional $10000 relocation for parent or in-law
29 days of paid time off (includes CME holidays sick time)
Benefits begin the first of the month following start date

Loan repayment options through NHSC and other federal programs offering between $75000 and $300000 with a two- to five-year service commitment

Responsibilities

Provide outpatient-only primary care to a diverse patient population
Manage a panel of patients with complex primary care needs
Collaborate with a large care team including 2 MAs 0.7 RN per provider and virtual triage
Utilize support services such as telepsychiatry behavioral health chiropractic acupuncture and the Maven Project
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team-based care meetings
Full-time schedule with flexible options: 5x8 shifts

Requirements

MD or DO with Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine Internal Medicine or Geriatrics
Active California medical license or eligibility to obtain
New graduates welcome; experienced providers preferred
