About the Role

Join HPs EMEA Service Supply Chain team and gain hands-on experience in quality and operations management!

As a Quality and Operations Analyst Internyoullwork on real-world projects that improve repair and refurbishment processes for HP printing products across EuropeMiddleEastand Africa. This is a unique opportunity to develop analytical operational and problem-solving skillsina global tech leader while collaborating with international teams.

HPEMEA Service Supply ChainPrintteam(Consumer and Commercial) outsources refurbishment operations for service units to two partnerslocatedin Poland and the Czech Republic. The EMEA Service Supply Chain Organizationis responsible forspecifying qualifying and controlling the work performed by these partners.

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

Contribute to continuous improvement of repair processes to sustain operational performance and cost efficiency.

Assistin defining and implementing KPIs tomonitorand control partner performance.

Collaborate to ensure end-to-end operational excellence driving changes that improve customer satisfaction while reducing cost and waste.

Support investigations and quality assessments related to issues and escalations.

Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to support transformation projects.

Work across teams and organizations to ensure alignment and consistency.

Assistin business reviews with repair partners (weekly monthly quarterly yearly).

Helpensurepartners have the right capacity and technical capabilities in place.

Support qualification andauditing ofrepair processes.

Participate in cost-saving initiatives from ideation to deployment.

Document processes andmaintainaccuraterecords.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Engineering(preferably Industrial Electrical Mechanical or Data) or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Fluent in English (international experience is a plus).

Strong analytical and organizational skills in a complex environment.

Knowledge of business process management.

Excellent communication teamwork and problem-solving abilities.

Self-motivated proactive and able to work in a fast-paced customer-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
