Job Summary
We are seeking to appoint a Project Manager in Brisbane. This is a newly created role due to strong organic growth and we are open to applicants with a range of experience levels who are eager to step into a client-facing project delivery role. You will have the backing of over 430 experts nationally and be responsible for delivering high-profile greenfield land development projects achieving client commitments and building strong client advocacy and confidence.
Specifically:
- Manage and deliver projects from due diligence through to development application co-ordination of designs and contract administration
- Negotiation with stakeholders (clients Authorities other consultants etc) in relation to project deliverables (approvals applications contractual matters) to ensure the successful delivery of projects
- Develop relationships with potential clients and improve/maintain existing client relationships
- Assist Principal Engineers with forecasted workloads to meet project deliverables
- Contribute to sustainable profit generation and growth
- Manage commercial risk and demonstrate responsible judgement
- Recruit manage train and mentor staff
- Manage financial targets including budgets profitability etc
Qualifications :
- Proven experience planning and managing projects through involvement in all stages of project delivery - ideally in land development
- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
- Experience budgeting commercial acumen and risk management
- High level industry awareness and engagement
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
