The purpose of the role is to assist in the implementation and enhancement of the Didipio Mine Community Development and Social Performance Management System to ensure positive relations with the principal stakeholders of the operations.
Specific areas of responsibility include the development implementation coordination and promotion of OGPIs SDMP and CSR-related activities particularly on social enterprise development marketing and linkages finance and similar revenue-generating programs that may serve as a model for self-sustaining enterprises with social development impacts
Takes charge of social enterprise projects ensuring successful execution through innovative problem-solving and resource management.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree in any of the following: Agriculture Agribusiness Management Agricultural Economics Entrepreneurship Business Administration Business Management Marketing Community Development and other related fields.
- Five (5) years of relevant experience in developing social enterprises handling livelihood projects community organizing organizational management marketing financial management strategic planning business planning project proposal preparation and evaluation and project monitoring and evaluation.
- Preferably with Professional Drivers License and Driving NCII
- Knowledge of social enterprise and livelihood development
- Understanding of community/rural development
- Strong knowledge of local context and culture
