The GM-Planning(Civil) is responsible for managing and overseeing all civil engineering projects within the organization. This role includes planning coordinating and executing projects ensuring adherence to safety standards staying within budget and meeting project deadlines.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all civil engineering projects.
- Ensure all projects adhere to safety standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure projects are completed on time.
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for project execution.
- Supervise and mentor engineering staff.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks
- Communicate effectively with clients & contractors
- Prepare and present project reports.
Required Skills:
- 12-15 years of experience in civil engineering project management.
- Candidate must be in Civil Engineering.
- Proficiency in Designing Planning Monitoring Controlling and Coordinating Civil Projects and Interiors.
- Must have the knowledge of Tender Estimates.
- Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively.
- Strong organisational skills to keep the project on track and within the timeline.
- In-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles construction methods and residential & commercial building design.
