Job Summary

As an Experienced Product Designer (UX & UI) in the Base44 team youll play a central role in shaping and evolving Base44s core product experience and design foundations.

Own the functional and visual design of your product.
Deliver extraordinary high-quality products in a fast-paced AI driven environment.
Demonstrate a strong and practical understanding of applied AI to drive innovative data-informed and highly personalized user experiences.
Know your product and users thoroughly through extensive research based on support tickets data usability tests user interviews competitor analysis and more.
Collaborate with your team of PMs developers analysts and other UX/UI designers to define product requirements and shape effective design solutions.
Take ownership and drive projects end-to-end.

Qualifications :

3 years of UX UI design experience ideally in product teams.
Strong grasp of UX patterns and the product lifecycle from research to prototyping design usability testing and more.
Experienced in building with AI tools and exploring new ways to bridge design and development.
Proficient in working with Figma with strong focus on building a design system.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with a passion for continuous learning.
Strategic thinker who quickly grasps complex systems and turns them into clear pixel-perfect design solutions.
