Your Mission

As a Supply Assistant youll play a key role in supporting our buyers and ensuring flawless execution of negotiated hotel offers.

Based in Aix-en-Provence youll manage the technical setup accuracy and lifecycle of our flash sales guaranteeing seamless publication and performance.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Create configure and validate flash sales in our internal system based on negotiated offers.
Ensure offer accuracy and compliance before publication coordinating with Content and Loading teams.
Provide technical support to Buyers and partners ensuring smooth production and issue resolution.
Monitor sales performance and lifecycle from setup to closure maintaining updated contracts and stock levels.
Support the team with market insights benchmarks and partner meetings to optimize offer quality.
