Senior Technical Project Manager (mfd) SCALYE Payments

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic and operational projects across multiple systems and teams in the payments area
• Evaluate and translate business requirements to ensure technically sound and efficient solutions
• Work closely with other teams to coordinate partner integrations and applications ensuring the successful implementation of required adjustments and the creation of state-of-the-art solutions
• Monitor project timelines and milestones to ensure timely delivery
• Support day-to-day operations by analyzing and resolving technical issues in collaboration with relevant teams
• Keep all stakeholders informed with clear and timely updates throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• Completed degree in business informatics or a related field
• 25 years of experience in (agile) IT project management and business analysis within a tech-driven environment
• Proven ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at various levels
• Strong analytical skills fast comprehension and an organized hands-on approach
• Proactive mindset solution-oriented thinking and excellent communication skills
• Excellent English skills both written and spoken
• Confident use of JIRA and MS Office (especially Excel) or Google Workspace
• Experience in designing process flows is a plus
• Knowledge of the payments fintech or e-commerce sectors is beneficial
• Familiarity with change management such as introducing new processes or supporting organizational change is an advantage
