Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Provide level 1 technical support staff at our site in Cali involving: the execution of
password resets desktop/laptop setup patching technical coordination of new
hire/term process etc.
Monitor and manage system health of all assigned systems to include evaluating and
reporting on their availability performance and capacity.
Drive processes to identify operational and security problems with assigned systems and
provide technical support to resolve them promptly.
Understand and comply with all departmental policies and procedures for incident
request change and problem management.
Routine administration; and troubleshooting for assigned systems; occasionally working
extended hours and/or nights and weekends.
Vendor support of assigned hardware/software/systems/services.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Certifications: ITIL v3 ServiceNow preferred.
1 years BPO IT Desktop Admin experience preferred.
Strong time management skills.
Strong problem-solving decision-making skills.
Well-organized and good follow through on commitments to customers.
Written and verbal fluency in English is required for this roleplease upload a resume in
