Job Duties:
Coordinate daily administrative operations for the Directors Office including scheduling correspondence and document preparation.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders ensuring timely and professional communication.
Prepare review and route official documents reports and personnel actions in compliance with Civil Service and agency policies.
Maintain records files and databases to support program oversight and executive decision-making.
Assist with budget tracking procurement requests and other fiscal support functions.
Support special projects meetings and initiatives led by the Director and executive staff.
Uphold confidentiality and integrity in handling juvenile justice-related information.
