Job Duties and Other Information

Job Duties:

  • Coordinate daily administrative operations for the Directors Office including scheduling correspondence and document preparation.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders ensuring timely and professional communication.

  • Prepare review and route official documents reports and personnel actions in compliance with Civil Service and agency policies.

  • Maintain records files and databases to support program oversight and executive decision-making.

  • Assist with budget tracking procurement requests and other fiscal support functions.

  • Support special projects meetings and initiatives led by the Director and executive staff.

  • Uphold confidentiality and integrity in handling juvenile justice-related information.

Position-Specific Details:
Work Location: This vacancy is located at Swanson Center for Youth in Monroe Louisiana.
Appointment Type: This is a part-time Administrative Coordinator 2 position.

The incumbent of this position must not have been convicted or pled nolo contendere to a crime listed in R.S. 15.587.1 (c).
