Job Summary
The IT Support Analyst will serve as the first point of contact for all IT-related issues within a small fast-paced lab environment supporting both office and production systems. This role will work closely with the IT Lead to standardize IT processes manage tickets and assist with lab system integrations and infrastructure projects.
Qualifications :
Top Requirements:
- 13 years of IT support experience (Tier 1Tier 2)
- Hands-on experience with hardware software networking and Microsoft 365
- Strong customer service orientation and troubleshooting ability
- Adaptable dependable and eager to learn across multiple IT domains
- Local to Augusta or nearby areas (Evans Grovetown Martinez)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with Smartsheet or ticketing systems
- Exposure to lab/manufacturing systems (Agilent Aspen DeltaV)
- Foundational understanding of cybersecurity principles
