Job Summary
Kienstra Co is currently hiring an experienced Ready Mix Concrete Plant Maintenance Person for a full time position. This position entails work throughout the St. Louis County area. Are you a team player Like working outside and dont mind getting dirty Come join a great group of co-workers.

A Day in the Life of a Concrete Plant Maintenance Person -
- Arrive to work with a great team of co-workers.
- Plan out day - Safety First - If its not safe dont do it!
- Perform scheduled maintenance. Plant down All hands on deck!
- Average day: Perform routine preventative diagnostic and repair maintenance on all plant equipment. This includes conveyors bins hoppers pits air systems dust collectors etc. Operate front end loader forklift aerial lift Lull welder skid steer and other plant equipment.
- Work until the day is done.
- Go home and enjoy a good life with family and friends.
Basic Requirements -
- Ability to diagnose and repair concrete plant equipment.
- Experience on welding and cutting.
- Valid Drivers License.
- No fear of heights.
- Physically able to wear respirator.
- Experience on front end loader.
- Own hand tools.
- Self-motivated and ability to multi-task.
- Work outdoors year round.
- Must be available as needed for overtime work.
- Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and physical.
