As part of our Network Security (NetSec) Platform team youll help shape intuitive scalable experiences for complex enterprise environments. Youll drive impact by elevating our design system into a flexible empowering platform that supports both product delivery and design excellence end-to-end from concept to code.
Your Impact
This isnt a typical design role. Youll be on the front lines defining how GenAI and design intersect at our company. Were looking for a hybrid Senior Product Designer that is (50%) design system and (50%) product design.
Youre a collaborative builder who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You love bringing ideas to life crafting everything from polished demos to high-fidelity components that get your team aligned and excited. Youre driven to constantly push your craft gathering feedback connecting the dots and delivering smart scalable templates that make a huge impact and partnering closely with engineers to ensure high-quality file-to-production alignment.
To foster the collaboration this role needs youll join us at our Santa Clara CA office at least three days a week as part of our hybrid in-office model.
What Youll Be Doing
Modernize and Scale our Design System with GenAI: Youll be at the forefront of this effort designing components actively developing prototyping kits building custom Figma plug-ins and creating integrations for GenAI tools-MCP-Figma (like FigmaMake Cursor and Polymet) to accelerate workflows and define our future standards of excellence.
Design In-Product: Youll be responsible for transforming mundane workflows into delightful experiences and delivering quality of life features based on customer feedback from concept to final implementation. Proactively conduct usability testing and use data to inform design decisions and continuously improve the user experience.
Qualifications :
Your Experience
- 5 years of product design experience. Expertise in creating and evolving systems UI libraries and token-based architecture using Figma and front-end frameworks.
- Experience empowering teams with scalable tooling contribution models and governance practices that enable efficiency without slowing progress.
- Systems-thinking mindset connecting design patterns to product goals workflows and constraints with a focus on scalability and practical implementation.
- Collaborative approach driving execution independently while mentoring others and advocating for design quality across functions.
- Excellent communication skills simplifying complex concepts and influencing teams to adopt and improve design systems.
- Data-driven using user feedback to continuously improve product design.

Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications experience and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $155000 - $180000/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
