Job Summary

Responsibilities:
- Lead Performance Management Redesign: Design and implement a modern performance management approach focused on growth feedback and accountability.
- Own the Performance Cycle: Oversee goal setting mid-year check-ins and year-end reviews to ensure consistency and impact.
- Advance Talent Planning: Partner with senior leaders and HRBPs to build strong pipelines succession plans and workforce strategies.
- Support Leadership Development: Align performance and talent strategies with leadership programs and career pathways.
- Use Data to Drive Decisions: Leverage analytics to uncover trends measure impact and guide talent investments.
- Inspire and Lead: Cultivate a fun inclusive and motivating environment that energizes high-performing teams learning is celebrated and leadership is accessible. Mentor a small high-performing team and foster a culture of innovation inclusion and continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
- Education: Masters degree in Organizational Development HR Psychology or related field preferred.
- 7 years of experience in Talent Management Organizational Development or HR Strategy in a global matrixed environment.
- Prior experience with technology or semiconductor companies is preferred.
- Expertise in performance management redesign and talent planning.
- Strong business acumen and ability to turn strategy into action.
- Comfort with HR systems (e.g. SuccessFactors Workday) and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A collaborative mindset and passion for building people-first solutions.
