Job Summary
Our team is happy to welcome you. Here is what you will be doing if you choose to join the team:
- You will be providing administrative support to projects under the direction of project management professionals in an international environment;
- You will monitor and actively align between different stakeholders of sample order management;
- You will be assuring the necessary transparency by monitoring and regular reporting of budget situation in projects and development account;
- You are going to update and structure the project data and assure the proper transfer of all necessary documents and information between Project Manager and Acquisition Manager;
- You will be organizing regular project meetings and supporting the Project Manager in daily tasks;
- You are going to align the project information and documents with all stakeholders.
- You are going to support in topics regarding Change Management
Qualifications :
Who you are:
- You have a Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related fields;
- You have at least 2 years of experience;
- You can work with Microsoft Excel at an advanced level;
- You have previous experience in working with order management systems (SAP Oracle etc.);
You would be a perfect match to our team if:

- You have a systematic organized and precise working style;
- You have an independent and pro-active working style;
- You have the ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively;
- You have good communication skills;
