Job Summary

  • Supervise daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms public areas and back-of-house spaces.

  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures.

  • Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.

  • Coordinate with Maintenance Front Office and Laundry departments to resolve issues promptly

  • Recruit train and supervise housekeeping and laundry staff.

  • Conduct regular staff meetings performance evaluations and coaching sessions.

  • Foster a positive motivated and service-oriented team culture.

  • Manage and monitor housekeeping supplies equipment and linen inventory.

  • Prepare and manage departmental budgets and cost-control measures.

  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and materials.

  • Handle guest complaints or requests promptly and professionally.

  • Maintain high guest satisfaction scores through service excellence.

  • Implement and monitor brand or property standards consistently.

  • Ensure compliance with hygiene safety and environmental regulations.

  • Conduct regular safety training and audits.

  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning procedures incidents and inspections.


Qualifications :

  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management.

  • Minimum 510 years of housekeeping supervisory or managerial experience preferably in a hotel or large facility.

  • Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office and housekeeping management software 

  • Excellent eye for detail and commitment to cleanliness and service excellence.

  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
