| Senior NetSuite Integration Engineer Developer

On behalf of SD Solutions is looking for a talented Senior NetSuite Integration Engineer Developer to lead the implementation of our NetSuite connector this role you will be responsible for designing and building a robust integration layer that synchronizes master data from client NetSuite instances and pushes Vendor and Vendor Bill data back according to each clients configuration.

Youll work closely with internal and client-side teams to define mappings ensure data accuracy and deliver reliable idempotent and observable integrations. This is a highly technical hands-on role requiring deep expertise in NetSuite integration development SuiteScript 2.x REST/RESTlet APIs and strong coding proficiency in or Python.

Your work will directly support enterprise clients by enabling seamless data flow between systems ensuring high reliability and maintaining compliance with NetSuite structures and validation rules.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the NetSuite integration layer to synchronize reference/master data and push Vendors and Vendor Bills (Invoices) according to client-specific configurations.
• Establish secure connectivity using REST/RESTlet APIs with Token-Based Authentication or OAuth 2.0 respecting rate limits and implementing retry/backoff strategies.
• Design and maintain ingestion services for entities such as vendors items departments classes locations tax codes terms currencies subsidiaries and custom fields ensuring delta syncs and version control.
• Build transformation and mapping logic from internal normalized data structures to client-specific NetSuite field configurations including handling custom fields and supporting multiple clients through parameterization.
• Implement outbound write flows for Vendor and Vendor Bill records ensuring data validation and compliance with NetSuite dependencies.
• Ensure high reliability through idempotent processing deduplication error categorization DLQ handling and replay capabilities.
• Integrate structured logging metrics and alerting for observability and system monitoring.
• Deliver comprehensive unit and integration tests UAT support technical documentation mapping tables and operational runbooks.
• Collaborate with internal and client-side stakeholders to clarify field semantics validate mappings and ensure UAT success.

Requirements:

• Proven hands-on experience in NetSuite integration development (not limited to functional consulting).
• Proficiency in SuiteScript 2.x REST/RESTlet APIs Saved Searches and authentication methods (TBA/OAuth2).
• Strong understanding of Vendor and Vendor Bill record structures including custom fields (header and line levels).
• Solid programming skills in or Python particularly for middleware and integration services.
• Experience with idempotent processing delta synchronization and data reconciliation strategies.
• Ability to deliver high-quality production-ready integration components with robust testing and documentation.

Advantages:

• Experience with NetSuite OneWorld and familiarity with SuiteTalk SOAP integrations.
• Previous work implementing observability features (logs metrics alerts) and DLQ/replay mechanisms.
• Background in ERP data modeling including reference data structures and migration scripting.
• Understanding of scalable integration architectures and best practices in multi-client environments.
