Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender/Barista to join our team in Sepang this dynamic role you will be responsible for crafting and serving a wide range of beverages including expertly mixed cocktails specialty coffees and non-alcoholic drinks while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails coffee tea and other drinks with consistency and flair
- Recommend beverages based on customer preferences and promote signature drinks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar or café area ensuring all equipment is in proper working condition
- Follow recipes portion controls and presentation standards for all beverages
- Stay up-to-date with beverage menus ingredients brewing techniques and current trends in the industry
- Handle customer interactions professionally and warmly ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Assist in inventory management restocking and daily opening/closing procedures
- Collaborate effectively with team members to create a positive work environment
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a bartender or barista in a hotel or premium café/bar setting
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and cocktail mixology techniques
- Familiarity with local beverage preferences and trends in Malaysia
- Excellent customer service interpersonal and communication skills
- Keen attention to detail creativity and passion for crafting high-quality beverages
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Knowledge of and adherence to Malaysian food safety and hygiene regulations
- Barista or bartending certification is advantageous
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
