Job Summary
- Assist in planning organizing and conducting recreational sports and leisure activities for guests (e.g. yoga water sports beach games cultural activities).
- Provide warm friendly and professional service ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience.
- Set up and maintain equipment and facilities in safe clean and working condition.
- Support the daily recreation schedule and assist guests in making activity bookings.
- Promote and encourage guest participation in resort activities.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and operational standards.
- Assist in kids activities and family entertainment programs when required.
- Maintain accurate records of participation and equipment usage.
- Work closely with the Recreation Supervisor and other departments to deliver excellent service.
Qualifications :
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English and any additional language is an advantage.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in recreation operation; preferably in a similar quality hotel.
- A friendly outgoing behavior able to involve and support operation.
- Proactive resourceful and able to work independently.
