CAF Israel are looking for an OCS Supervisor to support and monitor the Project Manager (PM) and Construction Manager (CM) in managing on-site activities related to CAFs Overhead Line Equipment (OHLE) scope.
The role includes overseeing inputs interfaces required permits safety quality cost control and planning.

Technical and/or practical knowledge valued
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the Quality Department to review and verify QC forms and checklists before and after inspections.
Supervise works outside CAFs scope that impact OHLE including track conditions poles and multitubular infrastructure.
Prepare reports in coordination with the PM and CM.
Review partner handover checklists and validate readiness to start OHLE works.
Conduct quality inspections of delivered OHLE materials and ensure overall compliance with specifications.
Identify technical risks changes and variation orders and collaborate with the PM and CM to address them.
Monitor OHLE subcontractor performance and resources on a daily basis and maintain regular communication with the design team.
Support testing and commissioning procedures and assist in OHLE handover to the client/O&M.
Required Personal Skills:
Strong teamwork skills with an organized and structured approach.
Ability to learn a highly specialized field while working closely with a technical team.
Good communication skills.
Required Technical Skills:
Knowledge of overhead lines (preferably railway ideally in urban environments).
Familiarity with regulations and mechanical calculations.
Proficiency in Office tools (Excel Word PDF).
English at B2 level.
Willingness to work night shifts and occasional travel.
Ability to open and extract information from AutoCAD files.
