Supervise and support front-of-house staff during evening service
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any guest issues promptly
Oversee opening and closing procedures for evening shifts
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain smooth operations
Manage staff breaks shift changes and performance on the floor
Handle cashing up daily reports and other end-of-day tasks
Maintain high standards of cleanliness safety and presentation
Qualifications :
Previous experience in a supervisory or senior restaurant role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
A passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
Reliability and flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
