Job Summary
ServiceNow is currently looking for an executive assistant to support our EMEA VP CRM Solution Consulting and provide support to selected members of the EMEA SC LT (<50% of the time) . The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention for details. This person should have experience working in an office environment performing administrative duties and providing support to Executive level.
What you get to do in this role:
- Schedule appointments planmeetings and maintain complex and changing calendarswhile working through scheduling roadblocks.
- Draft and prepare routine and advanced correspondenceincluding emails presentations and reports. Review outgoingcorrespondence for accuracy format consistency signaturesand conformance with executive procedures.
- Assist leadership and organizations by optimizing usage of decisions regarding short-term priorities and workactivities.
- Arrange all travel to ensure consistency within companyprocedures and support organization in obtaining necessarytravel documents including Visa/passport while maintainingLeadership expenses/credit cardreconciliation.
- Identify issues within theorganization and initiate orfacilitate solutions.
- Assist new hires with processes including expense reporting andtravel systems and other internal processes and tools. Compileprepare and process Leadership expenses and credit card reconciliation where needed.
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you have:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes decision-making or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools automating workflows analyzing AI-driven insights or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry.
- Extensive experiencesupporting Executive (VP)level
- Highly organized withexceptionalcommunicationskills andability to manage avariety of high priorityprojectsfrom multiplemanagement andprofessionallevels
- Desire to grow and take onyourown projects
- Professionaldemeanourand soft-skills
- Positive and personablecan-do attitude
- Highly Proficient in ZoomMicrosoftOffice suites (WordExcelPowerPoint Outlook)BoxConcur and Google Docs
- Experience handlingconfidentialmaterials
