Are you passionate about creating beautiful outdoor spaces and working in nature Potters Resorts Five Lakes is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic gardener to help maintain and enhance the stunning grounds of our all-inclusive resort in the heart of the Essex countryside.

As a valued member of our team youll play a key role in ensuring our gardens remain vibrant welcoming and impeccably maintained for our guests to enjoy all year round. About the Role

As a Gardener youll play a vital role in ensuring our grounds are always looking their best for our guests. From seasonal planting and lawn care to keeping public areas clean and inviting youll help create an environment that reflects the high standards of Potters Resorts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain flowerbeds shrubs hedges and trees through regular pruning planting and weeding
• Carry out lawn maintenance including mowing edging and turf care
• Assist with seasonal planting plans and small landscaping projects
• Ensure outdoor paths patios and guest areas are clean and safe
• Picking up litter in all outside areas
• Operate gardening tools and machinery safely and efficiently
• Work collaboratively with the wider Grounds Maintenance & Golf Course team

Hours:

• You will be required to work 40 hours per week to include weekends and bank holidays

Salary:

• 12.21 per hour (over the age of 21)

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For:

• Experience in gardening landscaping or a similar role
• Strong horticultural knowledge and a good eye for detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A proactive approach and willingness to take on a variety of tasks
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Relevant qualifications (e.g. RHS Level 2 or similar) are a plus but not essential
