Shape the direction of our software solutions and drive innovation
Joining the team your focus will be to lead complex projects and ensuring high-quality software delivery also acting as a technical sparring partner for both internal teams and customers.
Success in this position also involves mentoring colleagues focusing on their professional development and growth.

Your key responsibilities involve:

• Solidly analyse guide and set direction for overall technical choices within projects.
• Ensure the sustainability and high quality of our solutions while aligning with the organizations technical direction.
• Act as a mentor for team members focusing on their professional development and growth.
• Conduct training courses in technical disciplines to enhance the teams skills.
• Collaborate closely with Software Architects to design solutions that fulfil user and customer needs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality and efficiency of software implementation as well as explore solutions beyond own area of responsibility.
• Lead the implementation of entire new functionalities independently or by leading a group of Software Developers and Senior Software Developers.
• Provide clear technical direction to top management and contribute to the product vision.

Moreover you bring the following qualifications to the job:

• A degree in computer science Software Engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of micro-service architecture containerization Docker is an advantage.
• Solid experience in JAVA.
• Advanced certifications in software development or related technologies are a strong advantage and demonstrate your commitment to ongoing professional growth.
• Several years of professional software development experience with a proven record of leading successful high-impact projects from concept to delivery.
• Deep proficiency in Agile development methodologies thriving in fast-paced collaborative environments where adaptability and continuous improvement drive success.
