STRATEGY AND PLANNING
- Identification of the most relevant customers (size and relevance) in its respective segments to develop and planning to drive vertical and horizontal distribution and sales.
- Close collaboration with local marketing department regarding industry and consumer intelligence and national focus areas.
- Annual commercial planning for the local key accounts of the segments assigned aligning it to our Key Account strategy including guidelines portfolio budget and volume forecasting
MANAGING KEY ACCOUNTS IN GIVEN SEGMENTS
- Maximization of existing customer performance via effective joint business planning
- Acquisition of new customers from the relevant national universe
- Negotiating win/win partnership agreements which add value to both Red Bulls and the customers business
- Collaborating with internal (other departments) and external stakeholders (including but not limited to buyers sales- & marketing managers controllers & logistic managers) to leverage business success
- Ensuring executional excellence on account level by utilizing (cross-departmental) resources such as Musketeer and Consumer-Collecting teams.
- Managing agreed budget forecast and spend for each account. Monitoring customer performance and margin against investment and taking corrective action where necessary
TRACKING ANALYZING AND REPORTING
- Measuring success by tracking analyzing and reporting on performance and areas of growth and opportunity.
- Ongoing maintenance and optimization of data in the Key Account Tracker for the segments under the KAS role and sharing of Key Account volume distribution execution and deal status to the KAM.
MARKET VISITS
- Allocate at least 40% of the time to Market Visits
- The search for distribution & execution opportunities and the tracking of mapping at the point of sale are fundamental to develop the segments correctly.
Qualifications :
- 1-2 years sales experience (beverage industry preferred)
- Previous experience in Key Account (preferred)
- Local language business fluent English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability and skills to effectively sell and negotiate
- Excellent presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial approach and mindset
- Solution and goal oriented
- Highly developed analytical skills
- Ability to develop and implement successful sales- and trade-marketing strategies
- Strong planning prioritization and organizational ability
- Proficient in MS office especially Excel and Power Point
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently
