Principal Building Services Modeller

How Youll Make a Difference:

• Lead and manage BIM and digital delivery across multidisciplinary building engineering projects.

• Oversee the setup configuration documentation and quality assurance of BIM models and project delivery.

• Facilitate project start-up and coordination meetings to ensure alignment with BIM and digital engineering execution plans.

• Mentor and upskill team members in digital delivery tools workflows and best practices.

• Support business development through strong client engagement and contribution to bid and fee proposals.

Qualifications :

The qualities that help you thriv:

• Over 10 years of relevant professional experience in BIM and digital project delivery.

• Proven expertise in Revit-based multidisciplinary project delivery and BIM management.

• Strong proficiency with digital tools such as Revit Navisworks and automation of BIM tasks.

• Demonstrated ability to write review and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and Digital Engineering Execution Plans (DEXPs).

• Experience in leading and influencing project teams to enhance digital delivery standards and quality outcomes.
