The Role
Were seeking a part-time Education Specialist to support our Special Education program for the school year. This is a certificated 186-day position aligned with the academic calendar. The Education Specialist will provide instruction assessment and program planning for students with mild to moderate disabilities including specific learning disabilities speech and language impairments mild to moderate intellectual disabilities other health impairments and emotional collaboration with general education teachers this role will support students through in-class (push-in) and individualized (pull-out) services to ensure equitable access to the general curriculum and the high standards of OSA and the State of California. This position is central to OSAs full-inclusion model where students participate fully in both academic and arts classes.

Compensation & Benefits
The annual salary for a 1.00 FTE full-time role ranges from $66512.60 to $82674.41 based on OSAs certificated salary scale and is commensurate with experience and credentials. This salary may be prorated according to FTE. OSA offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical dental vision commuter benefits employee assistance program and retirement plans with robust matching. This is a 186-day certificated position aligned with the academic calendar.
