As the Rehab Director youll guide and support a dedicated therapy team coordinate daily operations and ensure exceptional care and outcomes for the patients we serve. Youll collaborate closely with facility partners and maintain a small clinical caseload to keep your skills sharp and your connection to patient care strong.

Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited program in Occupational Therapy or Occupational Therapy Assistant
Licensed or certified in the State of Wisconsin as an OTR or COTA
Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred
Strong communication organizational and clinical skills
Passion for patient-centered care and interdisciplinary collaboration
