Location: Paul Davis Restoration of Southwest Montana

Join a Team That Rebuilds More Than Property
- Inspect residential and commercial losses (fire water storm).
- Write detailed Xactimate estimates and secure projects for production.
- Communicate clearly with property owners adjusters and team members.
- Manage supplements change orders and scope documentation.
- Ensure projects stay on schedule on budget and meet service standards.
- Participate in on-call rotation for new emergencies (rotating schedule).
- Earning Potential: Base Commission typical earnings $70000$100000 (no cap).
- Growth: Paid training through Paul Davis University and mentorship from industry leaders.
- Tools: Company vehicle phone laptop and gas reimbursement.
- Balance: Paid time off flexible scheduling and supportive team culture.
- Advancement: Opportunities to grow into senior estimator or project management roles.
- Clear confident communication especially under pressure.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Experience with Xactimate or other estimating software (preferred).
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Bachelors degree or relevant construction/restoration experience.
- IICRC or Lead-Safe certification preferred training provided for the right candidate.
