Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.

Proven experience as an RPA Developer with strong programming skills and should have hands-on experience on A360.

Good to have experience on other RPA tools (e.g. UiPath Blue Prism).

Hands-on knowledge of programming languages such as Python Java or C#.

3 to 5 years of relevant experience.

Skills:

Familiarity with process analysis and improvement methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Experience with process documentation and workflow diagramming.

Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.

Understands AI concepts and can quickly adapts to implement Gen AI and Agentic automations

Responsibilities:

Design develop and implement RPA solutions to automate business processes and tasks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess automation opportunities within different departments.

Analyze existing processes identify areas for improvement and propose automation solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Configure test and deploy RPA bots using industry-standard RPA tools.

Conduct thorough testing to ensure the reliability accuracy and performance of RPA solutions.

Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed RPA bots troubleshooting issues and optimizing performance. Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to gather requirements and refine automation processes.

Stay current with emerging RPA technologies and trends and evaluate their potential application within the organization.

Adaptability and flexibility with respect to technologies work environment and work timing as we work with global customers.

Open to work from client location within India and AA office
