- Excellent understanding of payer processes claims management member enrollment benefits administration and related domains.
- Demonstrated ability to managecomplex engagementswith multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical communication and presentation skills.
- Strong experience in creating User StoriesBRD and FRD documents
- Experience inAgile/Scrum methodologiesand tools like JIRA Confluence or similar.
