How you will make contributions that matter...

Compile and maintain employee data for accurate recordkeeping including attendance training completion performance metrics and compliance documentation.
Prepare HR reports on workforce productivity staffing levels and other HR-related metrics using prescribed formats and systems.
Enter and update employee information and maintain accurate records for audits and reporting.
Calculate and track HR-related factors such as headcount turnover rates absenteeism and training hours ensuring data integrity.
Generate scheduled and ad-hoc HR reports based on compiled and verified data for management review.
Maintain organized HR files and documentation including personnel records onboarding materials and policy acknowledgments.
Assist with payroll and benefits data entry and transferring relevant information into accounting or payroll systems.
Prepare work instructions or checklists for HR processes to guide team members and ensure compliance with company standards.
Support recruitment and onboarding activities including compiling candidate information scheduling interviews and preparing new hire packets.
Ensure adherence to Saputos Code of Ethics and Values in all HR practices and interactions.
Perform other administrative and clerical duties as requested including filing scanning and assisting with HR projects.

You are best suited for the role if you

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent. 2-year degree in accounting preferred.
Three-years in a clerical role
Excellent computer skill with advanced experience with word processing spreadsheet applications
Ability to read and interpret documents such as production schedules
Ability to generate reports and business correspondence.
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Candidate must behighly organized and efficient.
Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written.
Work together professionally in a team environment with co-workers and other department personnel.
Must have excellent mathematical skills.
Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs.
Primarily Monday Friday from 5:30am 2:00 pm with possible overtime on Thursdays for check distribution.

Pay Rate: $23.64 to $24.64
