Overview
Our Element Fort Myers location is seeking a Program Manager ASNT Radiographic testing (RT) Level III with strong technical and program management experience to manage the Radiography Department within both lab and field services. This position is located onsite at our Fort Myers FL location.

Responsibilities
- Review and provide approval of reports developed at NIC Fort Myers Lab.
- Supervise NDT Level II technician(s)
- Maintain and communicate project status in a timely manner
- Coordinate with the client(s) employees and required support personnel and define any purchasing licensing recruiting and compliance issues
- Develop & Maintain relationships with current & prospective clients
- Manage field leads and technicians
- Track and dispatch RT rigs ensuring minimal loss of billable time / maximum daily rig utilization;
- Frequently visit site locations to establish and maintain good working relationships with customers;
- Manage NDE and Safety equipment utilization;
- Communication of company policy/ contractual commitment to employees and clients.
- Define RT program scope goals deliverables and success metrics
- Develop detailed project plans timelines and resource allocations
- Drive continuous improvement in program execution and governance
Skills / Qualifications
- ASNT Level III RT Radiographic testing Required.
- CWI Preferred or ability to obtain.
- Current and Valid Drivers License
- Reporting experience
Experience in regulated industries (e.g. aerospace gas and oil)
Familiarity and experience with RT-level governance and reporting structures
Proficiency in program management tools (e.g. MS Project Smartsheet)
