Oxford Learning Bedford is looking for enthusiastic reliable Math & Science Teachers/Tutors to join our team! This is an excellent role for future teachers STEM students certified teachers and anyone who enjoys explaining concepts and watching students succeed.

Job Type: Part-Time 6-15 hours per week
Schedule:
You must be available for at least two of the following:
- Monday & Wednesday:4:00pm7:00 pm
- Tuesday & Thursday: 4:00pm8:30pm
- Saturday: 9:30am2:00pm
In-person only. This is not an online position. Relocation packages are not available.
Vulnerable sector screening is mandatory.
What Youll Do
- Teach and coach up to 3 students at a time
- Support students in Grades 912 math and science
- Follow Oxford Learning methodologies
- Complete short post-lesson notes
- Create a positive encouraging learning environment
Wed Love to Meet You If You Have
Education
- Bachelors degree or current university student in a related field
Skills & Experience
- Strong knowledge of high school math and/or science
- Experience tutoring teaching or coaching students
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work with multiple students
- Patient engaging and positive attitude
Applicants comfortable with at least two of the following are encouraged to apply:
Advanced Functions Pre-Calculus & Calculus Grade 912 Math Chemistry Physics Biology.
Salary:$19 $20 / hour to start with regular opportunities for growth
