The Business Development Manager drives AGSMs revenue growth by proactively identifying engaging and securing new clients within the Custom Learning Solutions space. This role is focused on business generation building networks developing leads shaping tailored proposals and converting opportunities into partnerships before transitioning delivery to the account management team. It requires a commercially astute relationship-led professional who can confidently engage senior decision-makers across corporate and government sectors and position AGSM as a trusted learning partner.
The position reports to the Head of Learning Solutions and has no direct reports.
