Mater Hospital Springfield is seeking applications for multiple Nurse Unit Managers to join us in permanent full-time roles. Based at our Springfield campus these roles will be part of a landmark moment in Queensland healthcare at Mater Hospital Springfield opening early 2026. As Maters newest public hospital this state of the art facility will meet the needs of the growing Greater Springfield region. With 174 public beds ICU maternity emergency and surgical services its set to care for over 200000 patients annually.
Salary range: $71.42 - $76.80 per hour plus superannuation and access to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15900 access to many staff benefits!
What youll be doing
As a NUM you will play a pivotal role in clinical leadership operational management and driving excellence in patient-centred care. Youll be supported by a collaborative leadership team and encouraged to lead innovation and continuous improvement in your unit.
About you
You will have a minimum of five years full time experience in the relevant area as a Nurse Unit Manager Clinical Nurse or other leadership role:
