Job Summary

Job Title: CVOR Surgical Technologist
Location: Minneapolis MN
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Day (6:45 AM 3:15 PM) or Mid (2:45 PM 11:15 PM) 5x8-Hour Shifts
Pay Rate: $55 $60 per hour

Note:Must live 100 miles from facility (locals not accepted).

Position Summary:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking CVOR Surgical Technologistfor an exciting job in Minneapolis MN.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain sterile fields for a wide range of cardiac and vascular surgical procedures.
Assist surgeons by anticipating instrumentation equipment and supply needs during procedures.
Handle specialized cardiac surgery cases including CABG (on/off pump) valve replacements heart transplant LVAD implantation and minimally invasive cardiac surgeries.
Support vascular surgeries such as AAA repair thoracic and thoracoabdominal aneurysms endarterectomies bypasses and ECMO decannulations.
Collaborate with RNs perfusionists anesthesiologists and the broader surgical team to ensure seamless case flow.
Maintain surgical instruments and troubleshoot equipment issues.
Participate in weekday and weekend on-call rotations as scheduled.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent CVOR experience.
Certifications: NBSTSA or NCCT certification and BLS required.
Case Experience (Required): CABG AVR MVRR TAVR AAA repair Carotid Endarterectomy TEVAR VAD ECMO and other complex cardiac/vascular cases.
License: Valid state certification (pending not accepted).
