Givens Aldersgate is looking for Business Development Specialist who will be responsible building and maintaining relationships with referrals such as hospitals physicians senior living communities and social workers to drive new client inquiries and increase this role you will develop and execute marketing strategies; plan and implement target marketing campaigns (digital and in person) to raise brand awareness and promote services.

What youll do:

  • Generate and manage client/resident referrals.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies.
  • Manage the agencys online presence including social media updates creation of promotional materials and organization of community events.
  • Conduct client consultations and follow ups meeting with prospective clients and families to explain services assess needs and guide them through the intake process.
  • Track and analyze referral trends market activities and conversion rates to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Coordinate with clinical care coordination teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and exceptional client experiences.

What youll need:

  • Bachelors degree.
  • 3 years of experience working with various health care partners and an understanding of the overall healthcare industry.
  • Established community and professional contacts within the geographic market
