Director of Food Services - Trilogy at Redmond Ridge (Redmond WA)
Located in the scenic and vibrant city of Redmond Washington Trilogy at Redmond Ridge is a premier active-adult community known for its warm hospitality and first-class amenities. We are seeking an experienced Director of Food Services to lead our Bistro and catering operations ensuring our residents and guests enjoy an exceptional dining experience every time they visit.
This is a full-time position benefits available after 60 days.
Salary - $90K - $92K DOE
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily food and beverage operations ensuring compliance with King County Health Code standards.
- Schedule and supervise staff train team members and foster a positive work culture.
- Develop menus manage vendor relationships and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
- Accountable for managing the departments financial performance including P&L oversight budgeting forecasting and cost control to achieve targeted revenue and profitability goals.
- Engage with members and potential clients to support community and event growth.
- Create and implement marketing strategies to increase engagement and revenue.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in food service management or restaurant operations.
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of budgeting purchasing and event catering preferred.
- Must hold or obtain required food service permits.
