About Binance Accelerator Program
Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds leading blockchain ecosystem. Current university students and recent graduates
We are looking for an office administrator intern who will be responsible for ensuring that all day to day processes related to the office and facilities are running smoothly. You will be an essential business partner to support functions (IT Finance HR etc.) in our organisation which support us to work efficiently and better.
This role is a 100% on-site arrangement supporting our Thailand office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist daily on-site support for the local office including renovation relocation and premise maintenance.
- Support administrative tasks for all BUs including coordinating office suppliers catering meeting scheduling travel bookings courier logistics and other operational tasks.
- Coordinate employee events and activities including annual dinner team buildings anniversary celebrations.
- Develop expertise as the on-the-ground expert for local knowledge and current affairs.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent time management skills and organisational skills
- Highly motivated to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiar with travel booking procedures
- Willing to work on-site more than 3 days per week
- Flexible to work on weekends/public holidays when required
