Job Summary
Do you want to help ensure that our software systems meet both customer needs and the requirements of AQAP 2110 We are now looking for a Software Engineer who is passionate about requirements analysis quality and user-centered system design.
As a Software Engineer with us you will play a key role in:
- Ensuring that our processes and systems comply with AQAP 2110 requirements with a focus on AQAP 2210 (software).
- Working closely with both customers and internal stakeholders to define software systems from a user perspective.
- Breaking down and structuring requirements so that our software developers have clear foundations for creating robust and high-quality code.
- Participating in reviews verifications and validations of system solutions.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our development processes and quality routines.
What we think you should have
We are looking for someone with a university degree in systems science computer engineering or a related field. You should have experience in requirements management and system development within complex environments along with a solid understanding of quality standards -particularly AQAP 2110/2210 or comparable frameworks such as ISO 9001 or AS9100.
Strong communication skills are essential especially the ability to convey technical requirements in a clear and user-friendly manner. Additionally you should be comfortable working in cross-functional teams that include developers testers and business stakeholders. It is considered a strong advantage if you have experience working in defense or security-classified projects. Familiarity with model-based systems engineering (MBSE) is also beneficial as is hands-on experience with requirements management tools such as DOORS Jira or Polarion.
