Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the organizations overall business goals and growth objectives.
  • Lead market positioning efforts to strengthen brand equity and enhance customer acquisition retention and loyalty.
  • Serve as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team contributing to overall strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Oversee the development and consistent implementation of the organizations brand identity ensuring alignment across all channels and subsidiaries.
  • Direct corporate communications public relations and media engagement to enhance the companys image and visibility.
  • Develop integrated marketing campaigns that build awareness and generate demand for the companys products and services.
  • Drive data-driven digital marketing strategies including SEO SEM email social media content and influencer marketing.
  • Oversee digital transformation and marketing technology initiatives to improve campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.
  • Utilize analytics and consumer insights to optimize marketing performance and ROI.
  • Partner with Product Sales and Business Development teams to design go-to-market strategies for new and existing offerings.
  • Translate customer and market insights into actionable strategies that inform product development and innovation.
  • Establish customer feedback loops and performance dashboards to track satisfaction and market trends.
  • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize business impact.
  • Lead mentor and develop the marketing team to build capabilities in branding communication design and digital marketing.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with Sales Product and Operations teams to ensure cohesive execution.

Key Outcomes
1. Develop and Deliver approved brand architecture within first 3 months that
includes a. Brand Book; b. Standard Brand collaterals; c. Standard co-branding
and sponsor activities; d. Year-long brand activity time-plan; e. Brand
landmarks; f. Brand idents: color scheme signature sound brand central story
2. Build demonstrably higher social currency within first 6 months comprising: a.
Extensive internally & user-generated social media content for extensive digital
footprint for ISN; b. Design and deployment of brand new social media pages
with personality & character on FB IG LinkedIn and Youtube; c. Approved
influencer campaigns; d. Variety of content types including videos photos skits
audios and #tags; e. Industry leadership in both core business AI transition and
AI as a brand communication tool
3. Design and Deploy Campaign Outlook within first 9 months that includes: a.
Library of ISN creative materials across traditional & digital / online outlets; b. A
network of professionals influencers and media assets for ISN; c. ISN
professional & influencer mascots for industry advocacy; d. Targeted
merchandising; e. Social media series with seasons; f. Memorable
communication campaigns
4. Build Approved Media Properties/Activations within first 12 months
5. Develop and deliver approved marketing strategy to support ISNs Vision 2030
goals
6. Lead generation: Grow Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to a minimum of 200
per month
7. Increase WIN ratio to minimum of 30% (number of MQLs that translate into
sales)
8. Develop and implement marketing strategies that drive 53% YoY growth in
revenue
9. Submit monthly marketing insights report per approved template

10. Set up and develop effective Direct Sales Agents (DSA) program at ISN within first six months.

  • Project & Budget Management: Demonstrated experience managing complex campaigns and marketing budgets efficiently.


  • HND or Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications or related field.
  • Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Marketing preferred.
  • Professional certifications (e.g. CIM AMA Digital Marketing or Branding) are an added advantage
  • Minimum of 1015 years of progressive experience in marketing with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience leading multi-channel marketing strategies across digital traditional and brand domains.
  • Strong track record in developing and executing growth strategies that deliver measurable business results.
  • Experience in B2B and B2C environments preferably within medical devices healthcare life sciences or technology industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large budgets lead cross-functional teams and influence executive decision-making.
  • Expertise in digital marketing tools marketing analytics and CRM platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of brand management customer experience design and storytelling.
  • Proficiency in data analysis marketing automation and performance tracking tools (Google Analytics HubSpot Salesforce etc.).
